Can I bring my
own pet food? If so, will this affect the cost? |
A:
Yes, you can
bring your own pet food. Please ensure it is labelled
with your pet's name. Providing your own food will not
affect the price as we are happy to take the time to
serve any food provided, to your instructions. |

Can I bring my
pet's bed and some toys? |
A:
Yes, as long
as the bedding is of a reasonable size and there are not
too many toys.. |

Q:
Can I bring
treats for my dog? |
A:
We will
provide a biscuit treat at bedtime. Other treats can be
brought but please ensure that you are happy for your
pet to have these unsupervised. |

Q:
What if I need
to change, rather than cancel, my booking? |
A:
You can make
changes at any time by telephone or email. |

Q:
If I return
early, may I pick up my pet earlier than my booking
states? |
A:
Yes, as long
as it is notified in advance and you pick up your pet
within our normal Reception hours. If you pick up a day
or two early the invoice will remain for the full amount.
If it is a few days earlier we will apply a charge of
50% for the remaining days (i.e. 3 or more). |
