TERMS
First Payments:
All bookings are confirmed and then secured by an initial payment equivalent
to 40% of the boarding fee (£30.00 minimum / £150.00 maximum). The
First Payment amount, and the date it is due, will be detailed in our
"confirmation of accepted booking" letter.
Payments:
We accept cash and cheques
made payable to "Sornum".
Unfortunately we currently cannot take payments by debit or
credit cards.
Minimum Stay
Policy: During
peak holiday periods (22nd December-4th January, Easter
Friday-Easter Monday, July, August, October two-week holiday) a
minimum charge equivalent to 5 days boarding will apply to
bookings of 4 days or less (for multiple occupancy bookings the
days of non-boarding will be charged at the single occupancy
rate). Please note that as we are a small kennels, bookings for
5 days or less for July/August and for Christmas/New Year cannot
be confirmed until after 1st May or 1 November respectively each
year. However, we operate a standby system for these shorter
bookings and will contact you after the dates to confirm whether
the dates you wish are possible.
Cancellation
Policy:
In the
event of cancellation of a booking, our cancellation policy will
apply as follows. All bookings made by phone, online booking
form, email or in person will be subject to this policy
within 48 hours of the request being made. Bookings made
within 3 days of the arrival date will be subject to the
cancellation policy within 24 hours. Where the initial payment
has not been paid in advance, an invoice will be sent in respect
of the cancellation.

Early
Collection / Delayed Arrival:
In the event that you return
to pick up your pet earlier than expected or are delayed in your
arrival, we will apply a charge
of two further full days and then 50% of the rate for each
subsequent day (using the single occupancy rate) of the original
booking period.
